Family & Internal Medicine physicians and practitioners at PCA provide ongoing primary care and comprehensive medical evaluations for patients of all ages. Diagnostic and surgical procedures performed in the Family & Internal Medicine Specialty include: Acute care for short-term illness Annual health physicals and evaluations Biopsy and excision of skin lesions Flu shots, Allergy injections and immunizations Incision and drainage of abscesses Joint injections Lab services Newborn and well-child care Ongoing care of chronic problems Palliative Care Physical exams for sports, school and summer camps Preventative care, health screening and physical exams for individuals of all ages Routine care for women, including Pap smears, pelvic and breast exams Minor surgeries X-ray and Bone Densitometry services Treatment of complex and long-term medical conditions including diabetes and high blood pressure Treatment of minor injuries such as lacerations, as well as casting and splinting for sprains and broken bones

Our offices are equipped to provide a full range of medical and diagnostic services including laboratory testing, x-rays, EKG, bone density testing, pulmonary function testing and cardiac testing. We also offer employer drug screens and occupational medicine services.

Our Lee Hi and West Salem Urgent Cares see patients on a first come basis.

All of our offices see patients by appointment. However, we do allow time for same day work-ins, with certain offices offering evening and weekend hours.
